Founded by Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood, a three-time UK Barista Champion and internationally recognised coffee expert, Colonna is built on a simple idea:

Maxwell's pioneering research into water chemistry, extraction and flavour science has positioned Colonna at the forefront of the industry, pushing boundaries of how coffee can taste and be enjoyed.
For us at Coffee Crowd, this means we brew each cup with respect, precision and attention to detail. Even our water is filtered to bring out the unique characteristics of every bean.
For that that reason we choose not to serve syrups or any other ingredients that interfere with the pure flavour of the coffee.
